Agree the acceptance requirements
Use catalogue values as a specification reference. Agree test methods, sampling, acceptance values and required records for the order; another brand’s results are not a Dongying performance claim.
Review samples and identification
When sample approval is required, confirm construction, length and installation requirements before agreeing finish, marking, packing and approval records.
Confirm batch and delivery documentation
State required batch identification, inspection documentation and destination requirements in the RFQ. Available records and delivery terms are confirmed for the order.
